耐冲洗 高效截污 水处理无烟煤滤料

      大德无烟煤滤料采用山西优质无烟煤为原料，经精选、破碎、和两次筛分而成，外观光泽好，呈球状，机械强度高，抗压性能好，化学性能稳定，不含有毒物质，耐磨损，在酸性、中性、碱性水中均不溶解，另外无烟煤颗粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(＞50%)，有较高的含污能力，因质轻，所需反冲洗强度较低，可节省大量反冲洗水量及电能。

      大德无烟煤滤料同石英砂滤料配合使用是我国推广的双层快速滤池和三层滤池、滤罐过滤的材料。是提高滤速增加单位面积出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造价和减少占地面积Zui有效的途径。广泛用于化工、冶金、热电、制药、造纸、印染、食品等生产前后的水质处理过程中。

      用于生括给水及工业给水的过滤净化处理。使用时根据滤池的形式确定使用参数，一般双层滤科的铺装厚度为300—400mm；正常滤速10—14m／h，强制滤速14—1 8m／h；三层滤料铺装厚度450mm，正常滤速18—20m／h，强制滤速20～25m／h。滤池反洗采用水冲洗、水汽冲洗或辅以表面冲洗。

      用于生活饮用水的无烟煤的粒径范围为：0.8-1.2mm、1.2-2mm；工业用水无烟煤的粒径范围为：1-2mm、2-4mm、4-6mm。

      在各种粒径范围的无烟煤中，小于指定下限粒径的不应大于3%，大于指定上限粒径的不应大于2%。

装填注意事项：

      无烟煤滤料是三层滤料中Zui为重要的一层，因为自身直接面对着污水，是过滤污水的第一层滤料。

      污水量的大小和无烟煤滤料的厚度有着Zui为直接的关系，一般的情况下，污水量越大滤料层的厚度要稍微增大，如果污水量小的话，要适当的降低无烟煤滤料的厚度。   

      如果是过滤罐的时候一定要根据过滤罐的大小来决定厚度，过滤罐的大小和无烟煤滤料的厚度也有着重要的关系，过滤罐内一般的厚度为70厘米，Zui高的是85厘米，Zui低的厚度是65厘米。 一般双层滤科的铺装厚度为30-40厘米；正常滤速10—14m/h，强制滤速14—1 8m/h；三层滤料铺装厚度45厘米，正常滤速18—20m/h，强制滤速20～25m/h。滤池反洗采用水冲洗、水汽冲洗或辅以表面冲洗。  

利用测量的数据来决定厚度，可以事先对污水的浑浊度进行测量，然后根据浑浊度来变化无烟煤滤料的厚度。 

使用注意事项：

      1、滤料在填充前必须将滤池（滤器）内部清扫干净。

      2、要均匀地铺设每层滤料，当达到标定厚度时，必须耙平滤料。

      3、滤料长期运行，会有磨损。如操作不当会有“跑料”发生。为此需定期检查滤料状况，如有亏料情况，需及时补充。如滤料运行时间过长，出水水质长期不清，或滤层发生乱层，则需更换或重新级配滤料。

包装储运

      用耐用织物袋包装，净重25kg。运输储存期间防止包装破损，以免漏失或混入杂物．不宜与承托料及其他滤料一起运输堆放。
